This End User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between Asha WebTech IT Solution Pvt Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) and you (“User”, “you”, “your”) regarding the use of our software products and applications (“Software”). By installing, accessing, or using the Software, you agree to the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree, you must not use the Software.

1. License Grant
  • We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Software solely for your internal business purposes, subject to this EULA.
  • This license does not transfer ownership of the Software to you. All rights, title, and interest remain with Asha WebTech IT Solution Pvt Ltd.
2. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
  • Rent, lease, or sublicense the Software to third parties.
  • Use the Software for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
3. Installation and Use
  • You may install and use the Software on systems specified in your license agreement or purchase order.
  • Additional licenses must be purchased for use beyond the agreed scope.
4. Intellectual Property
  • The Software, including code, design, documentation, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of Asha WebTech IT Solution Pvt Ltd.
  • Unauthorized use of our intellectual property will be considered a breach of this EULA and may result in legal action.
5. Support and Updates
  • Support and updates may be provided as per the terms of your service agreement or maintenance contract.
  • We are not obligated to provide indefinite updates or feature enhancements.
6. Data and Privacy
  • You are responsible for the security and backup of your data while using the Software.
  • Use of the Software is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Data Protection Policy.
7. Termination
  • This license is effective until terminated.
  • We may terminate your license immediately if you fail to comply with this EULA. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and delete all copies from your systems.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
  • The Software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • We do not guarantee that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
9. Limitation of Liability
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software.
  • Our liability, if any, will not exceed the amount paid by you for the license.
10. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.

11. Changes to Agreement

We may update or modify this EULA from time to time. Updates will be published on our website with the revised “Last Updated” date.
